3A - My Entrepreneurship Story
My interest for entrepreneurship started when I was in college. One of my friends had mentioned to me that they were making money by fixing up old bikes. I thought that this was skeptical, and wondered how successful I could actually be. However with a little bit of time and practice it turned into something really successful for us. Taking this interest in being an Entrepreneur further, I recently attended a Real Estate conference. My major is in construction management, so I have a big interest in houses and real estate as well. This conference allowed me to think of new ideas in the real estate and housing market that I would like to implement in the future.
I enrolled in ENT3003 because I would like to see how others view Entrepreneurship and see what other ideas young professionals have. I hope to learn more about others ideas and hope to even come up with a few more of my own. I am excited for this course this semester and look forward to the opportunities that it brings.

2A - Bug List
1. Slow computers/wifi
-Computer connection can often times be slow due to the speed of the wifi and how many people are trying to use it at one time.
2. People that don't park within the lines in busy parking lots
-Due to bad drivers who do not know how to park correctly, or cars/trucks that are too big for the parking spots.
3. People who don't use their blinkers when turning in major intersections
-Due to bad drivers who do not feel it is necessary to use their blinkers properly.
4. When people let their kids run around and misbehave in restaurants
-Parents do not have control of their kids or do not care if they misbehave in public.
5. People who drive under the speed limit, especially in the fast lane
-Typically happens when drivers are distracted or are not aware that the left lanes are for driving faster.
6. When sales people are rude to you, as you're trying to buy their product
-When sales people are rude they are typically in a hurry, don't want to be at work, and
7. When people wait until the last minute to cancel plans
-A lot of times, people will say yes to plans even though the real answer is no. This is bothersome because then they will almost always cancel at the last minute.
8. Being put on hold on the phone for excessive amounts of time
-This often happens with companies that use people overseas to answer the phone. They usually can't understand what you're saying and will always put you on hold to find the answers to your questions.
9. People who drive extremely close behind you
-These people are often impatient and tailgate you because you are not going the speed that they wish you were going.
10. When people are sick and they don't cover their mouths as they are coughing/sneezing
-People who don't do this lack the respect of those around them. They just spread their germs to others, this is easily avoidable.
11. When public transportation does not arrive on time and you have to depend on it for work/school
-Oftentimes the apps and signs that give you the times that buses/metros are going to arrive are wrong and the inaccuracy causes people to be late.
12. Paying for meter parking
-In DC this summer, I had to pay for meter parking any time I wanted to go somewhere. It got annoying every time I had to run into the store for something quick, but still had to pay for parking.
13. People who constantly complain about something but do nothing to help or change it
-Those people that constantly complain are usually trying to make themselves look helpless and gain extra sympathy from those around them. I find this extremely unattractive.
14. Media's constant false information in an attempt to get more publicity and cause the public to freak out
-Almost every negative event that occurs is blown out of proportion by the media. Sometimes, people intentionally act out in order to cause a riot in the media and get more publicity.
15. Individuals who find it necessary to blast excessive political/cultural views all over social media
-I believe everyone has a right to a political view, however it becomes very annoying when they feel necessary to write paragraphs and look down on others over political views on public social media. I believe they do this because they are not confident in their views and believe they must put others down in order to make themselves look better.
16. When you call a 1-800 number for assistance and you get connected to someone in a foreign country that speaks no English and has little to no idea what you are talking about.
-Companies will pay people in other companies to answer their phone calls because it is cheaper for them to use them. They do not, however have a good grasp of the English language and what you are trying to ask.
17. Lying and/or cheating to get yourself further than the next person
-Those that lie and cheat do not feel confident in themselves and what they believe in.
18. People who don't care if they mess up at work when you're depending on their portion of work to succeed
-Those that don't care about work have low levels of motivation and do not believe success is necessary for them.
19. When people beep at you as soon as the light turns green.
-The impatience of people shines through when they beep at you milliseconds after the light turns green.
20. The people who feel as though they are entitled and are better than everyone around them.
-Spending the summer in DC, I found that a lot people feel a sense of entitlement in almost everything that they do.
Reflection:
I found that the first few things on the list came to me really quickly. It was very easy to come up with 5-10 things that bug me in a few minutes. However when getting to the last 10 it was much more difficult to think of things. I also found that most of the things that "bug" me have to do with the actions and views of other people around me.
